一張中式菜單上，除了菜式名字，還記載了什麼？


傳統中式酒樓，總有寫得一手好字的經理或部長，為客人的宴會用饒具氣勢的毛筆書法字書寫菜單。雖然菜式萬變不離其宗：鴻運乳豬、紅燒大鮑翅、當紅炸子雞、清蒸海上鮮、美點雙輝⋯⋯而菜單亦離不開象徵喜慶的粉紅色，但因為書法字的筆觸大不同，有的氣勢磅礡，有的龍飛鳳舞，令得原來的「標準菜式」都變得異常生動有個性，結合酒家食肆專屬的標誌和菜單設計，流露著一份「書畫」般的趣味。
